Privacy Policy
Last Updated: January 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Injury Help Connection ("Injury Help Connection," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and otherwise processes information when you visit or interact with our websites, landing pages, forms, advertisements, and related services (collectively, the "Site" or "Services").

This Policy applies to Injury Help Connection websites and pages that display or link to it. It does not govern third-party websites or services linked from the Site.

Injury Help Connection is a marketing and lead generation service, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, create an attorney-client relationship, operate as a lawyer referral service, or recommend, endorse, or select attorneys or law firms. When you submit an inquiry through the Site or call a number displayed on it, we may share your inquiry with one or more Participating Advertisers, as defined below, who may contact you.

Questions about this Policy may be sent to [email protected].

1) Definitions

"Personal Information" means information that identifies, describes, relates to, is reasonably associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to a person or household.

"Participating Advertisers" means attorneys, law firms, and legal marketing organizations that purchase advertising or lead-delivery services.

"Service Providers" means vendors and contractors that process information for us in connection with operating the Site or Services.

2) Information We Collect

A. Information you provide

Depending on your interaction with the Site or Services, you may provide:

- Your name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address
- Information about an accident, including its date, location, and circumstances
- Injury and medical-treatment information you choose to submit
- Insurance information you choose to submit
- Information entered into forms, questionnaires, chats, surveys, or messages
- Information provided during telephone calls, including recordings when permitted by law

B. Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our Service Providers may automatically collect:

- Your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and operating system
- Pages visited, time on pages, clicks, referring URLs, and related usage information
- Approximate location derived from your IP address
- Analytics, attribution, and advertising-event information

C. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies for Site functionality, analytics, advertising measurement, and remarketing where permitted by law. Additional information appears in Section 7.

3) How We Use Information

We may use Personal Information to:

- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and Services
- Respond to requests and provide customer support
- Send an inquiry to one or more Participating Advertisers for advertising and lead-delivery purposes
- Validate, filter, score, and route inquiries, including for fraud prevention, quality control, and duplicate suppression
- Analyze and improve marketing performance through analytics, attribution, testing, and reporting
- Comply with legal requirements and enforce our agreements
- Protect Injury Help Connection, Site users, Participating Advertisers, and others from fraud, misuse, or harm

4) How We Share Information

A. Participating Advertisers

If you submit information through the Site or call a number displayed on it, we may provide your inquiry and related Personal Information to one or more Participating Advertisers for advertising and lead-delivery purposes. Participating Advertisers are independent third parties. Once information has been shared, each Participating Advertiser's own privacy practices govern its handling of that information.

B. Service Providers

We may disclose Personal Information to Service Providers that support our operations, including providers of hosting, analytics, lead-distribution platforms, customer relationship management systems, call tracking or routing, fraud prevention, and customer support. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by law.

C. Advertising and analytics partners

We may provide identifiers and event information to advertising and analytics partners for measurement, attribution, and remarketing, as permitted by law. Certain state privacy laws may define some of these disclosures as a "sale" or "sharing" of Personal Information.

D. Legal, safety, and business matters

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate or prevent fraud, or complete a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

5) Calls, Text Messages, and Consent

If you provide a telephone number, you authorize Injury Help Connection and Participating Advertisers to contact you at that number. Depending on the circumstances and the choices you make, these communications may include calls or text messages sent using automated technology or an artificial or prerecorded voice, where allowed by law, in connection with your inquiry or marketing.

Your consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP or following another opt-out method included in the message. An opt-out request submitted to us does not automatically apply to Participating Advertisers that previously received your information.

To join our internal Do Not Call list, email [email protected] and provide your name and the telephone number or numbers you want added.

6) Marketing Emails

You may receive emails from us. You may unsubscribe from non-transactional marketing messages using an unsubscribe link provided in the email, when available, or by contacting [email protected]. We may continue to send administrative or service-related communications.

7) Cookies, Analytics, and Targeted Advertising

A. Cookie controls

Most browsers allow you to manage or block cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may prevent parts of the Site from working correctly.

B. Interest-based advertising

We may work with advertising partners to deliver and evaluate advertisements. Based on your place of residence, you may have the right to opt out of certain targeted advertising activities. See Section 10.

C. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Because no consistent industry standard currently exists for responding to these signals, the Site may not respond to them.

8) Data Retention

We retain Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Services, carry out the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal and auditing obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect legal rights.

The applicable retention period depends on the information involved and the legal or operational reason for keeping it. Information provided to Participating Advertisers is subject to their separate retention practices.

9) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to safeguard Personal Information. No system for transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

10) Your Privacy Rights Under U.S. State Laws

Depending on your state of residence and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:

- Request access to Personal Information we maintain about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate Personal Information
- Request deletion of Personal Information
- Obtain a portable copy of certain Personal Information
- Opt out of certain targeted advertising or activities defined as the "sale" or "sharing" of Personal Information

To exercise a privacy right, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request" and describe the request. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding.

California Notice (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may have rights to know, delete, or correct Personal Information and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing," as those terms are defined by California law. Where applicable, California residents may also have the right to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive Personal Information.

To submit an opt-out request, email [email protected] with the subject line "CA Opt-Out."

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you because you exercised an applicable privacy right.

11) Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are not intended for anyone under 18 years old or under the age of majority where they live. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you believe a child submitted Personal Information through the Site, contact [email protected].

12) International Users

We operate in the United States. If you access the Site from another country, your information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
